Brazilian soy turned into protein
We are Multsoy Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos S/A, a specialist in textured soy protein manufacturing and owner of the TEXPRO brand of textured soy protein and the TEXPAN brand of breading flour.
Textured soy protein is our specialty

Coxinha makers need a filling that looks like ground or shredded meat.

Meat processors look for an extender for pâtés and sausages.

For natural food stores, granulated, Chunk, seasoned, strip and steak soy lines are essential.
Choosing a line starts with each customer's application.
Textured soy protein is at the heart of our work. We developed the TEXPRO line in different shapes, colors, flavors and textures to meet the needs of each production.
Multsoy's textured soy protein
is the brand under which Multsoy brings its textured soy protein to the food industry. It is used in many segments and distributed in every state in Brazil.
The line ranges from powder to Chunks, including 2mm to 6mm granules, shredded, strips and steaks, in natural and caramel colors and in seasoned versions.

Grain by grain
Soy holds a prominent place in Brazilian agriculture, with a strong presence in both domestic and export markets. All of our work starts from this raw material.
How textured soy protein is made
Textured soy protein is made by extruding defatted white soy flour, produced specifically for this purpose.
The result contains at least 50% protein, as required by law.
