Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains how Multsoy Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos S/A, the company responsible for this website, handles the personal data of people who visit it or contact the company, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, the LGPD) and Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).
What data we collect
You don't need to register to browse the site. We only collect:
- Quote requests: name, company tax ID, phone number and business segment, provided by you in the form.
- Direct contact: any information you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Access logs: IP address, date and time, pages visited and browser data, recorded automatically by the website server.
We do not ask for sensitive data, such as racial origin, health, religion or political opinion.
How we use the data
- To respond to your quote request and present products, prices and supply terms.
- To keep a record of our service and business relationship with your company.
- To protect the site against misuse and comply with the legal obligation to retain access logs.
We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Legal bases
We process data based on the following LGPD grounds:
- Steps prior to entering into a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, V): handling your quote request.
- Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): the record of our business relationship and the security of the site.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II): retaining access logs as required by the Internet Civil Framework.
Who we share data with
The data is used by the Multsoy team and shared only with providers needed to run the site and handle requests, such as website hosting and email and request-management tools. These providers may only use the data to deliver the contracted service.
We may also provide data to public authorities when required by law or court order.
The WhatsApp button takes you to the WhatsApp app, a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
International transfers
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Brazil. When this happens, the transfer follows the rules of article 33 of the LGPD, with safeguards compatible with Brazilian law.
How long we keep data
Quote requests and conversations are kept for as long as there is a business relationship and, after that, for the time needed to meet legal obligations or exercise rights. Access logs are kept for 6 months, as required by the Internet Civil Framework. After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- portability of the data to another provider;
- information about who we share your data with;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, write to comercial02@multsoy.com.br. We respond within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to requests is restricted to the people who handle them. No system is completely immune to failures; if an incident occurs that may cause significant risk or harm, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD.
Children and teenagers
The site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
